Our Delivery Policies:
Residential: If the delivery is being made to a residential address, Jake's Bakes will call ahead to assure that the recipient is home during the specified time range. This helps ensure that cookies are not left on front porches, lost, or damaged. If the recipient does not answer, we will leave a voicemail and instructions for how they can schedule their gift delivery. We will not prepare the cookies until the recipient is contacted directly, ensuring the product is as fresh as possible.
Re-delivery: In the case that a delivery was made, and the recipient is unavailable (i.e. incorrect address, office closed), the sender is subject to redelivery fees for the order to be redelivered at a later, scheduled date. Jake's Bakes will re-make an identical order for free, to ensure that our product is as fresh as possible.
